When you create an account, we collect your chosen username, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash). During gameplay, we record session data including XP earned, games played, and daily bonus claims. We do not collect payment information because Cobalt Vault is entirely free.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information serves three purposes: maintaining your account and progress, improving our platform based on usage patterns, and communicating service updates. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your age verification status, cookie consent preferences, authentication state, and XP/level progress. These are essential for the platform to function. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We conduct regular security reviews and limit employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for platform improvement.

6. Your Rights

7. Third-Party Games

Games are loaded in iframes from Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, and BGaming. These providers may set their own cookies within the game frame. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies for details.
