1. Acceptance

By accessing Cobalt Vault, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time — continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old to use Cobalt Vault. By creating an account or playing any game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and restrict access if needed.

3. Nature of the Platform

Cobalt Vault is a free social entertainment platform. All games use virtual coins that have no real-world monetary value. You cannot purchase, cash out, or transfer virtual coins. This platform does not constitute gambling of any kind.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each person may maintain one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: attempt to manipulate the XP system through automated means, reverse-engineer any game or platform feature, impersonate other users, or use the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

6. Intellectual Property

All games are the property of their respective providers (Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, BGaming). The Cobalt Vault brand, design, and original content are our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cobalt Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or any damages arising from your use of the platform. Games are provided for entertainment only.

8. Governing Law
